1. The short version
Motixi generates AI-assisted repair procedures to support professional technicians and informed DIY users. The guides are decision-support material — they don't replace the technician's judgement, the manufacturer's service documentation, or the safety standards applicable to the job. Use them with the same care you'd apply to any third-party reference.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that are clearly used to abuse the service or generate unsafe content at scale.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Motixi to generate content that would be illegal where you operate, that targets a system whose repair is restricted to certified personnel, or that attempts to circumvent platform safety controls.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then. Refund requests go to contact.
5. Liability
Motixi is provided on an "as is" basis. The maximum liability we accept is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
