What we collect
The repair requests you submit (vehicle model, task, your notes), the guides Motixi generates for you, your account email, and standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps). We don't ask for or store payment cards ourselves — those go through our payment processor.
What we use it for
Three things: serving the product (showing your guides on your account, delivering email receipts), improving the AI generation quality at the aggregate level, and detecting abuse. We don't sell data and don't share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences (language, country). We don't use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account and everything attached to it. Email us at petrov.cpay@gmail.com and we'll action the request within 30 days.
Data location
Data is hosted in Supabase's Singapore region. Generation requests are routed through our AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) under their respective data processing terms.
A formal Privacy Notice with jurisdiction-specific clauses is being drafted with counsel. This page describes our current practice and will be replaced by the full document.
